Kansas Driver License Requirements at-a-glance:

*Attain minimum age for learning permit that is 14 years old as per the law.
*Have a Learner permit for one year.
*At least 50 hours of supervised driving hours including 10 hours at night.
*Attain minimum age for driver’s license that is 16 years.
*Road test is essential.
*Unsupervised driving rules for under 17 years prohibits driving, unless accompanied by parent, guardian, or family member over 21 years.
*Passenger rules also require age-restrict license holders not carry non sibling passengers below the age of 16
