I've been told that either of my parents can supervise my behind-the-wheel training, so I don't have to attend a Bear Delaware driving school like License to Drive to fulfill my driver training requirement. Do you know if that's true or not?
You will need to contact the Delaware DMV or a state-approved driver training school like License to Drive to find out.  Some states do allow parent-taught driving, but many states do not.

If you're taking a Bear Delaware behind-the-wheel training class, chances are you don't know how to drive ANY vehicle yet-- stick or automatic.  However, if you prefer an automatic vehicle then you should tell License to Drive that prior to enrolling in the course in order to make sure they can accommodate you.
I don't live anywhere near a city. There are dirt roads and bumpy terrain all around my house. How do I know if License to Drive will train me on how to drive in a remote area like where I live and not just teach me how to drive in a town-or city-type environment?
Since License to Drive is a local driver training company in your area, it's a safe bet that License to Drive will be motivated (or perhaps required) to teach its local customers how to drive on bumpy terrain.  If you want to make certain, however, you may want to call License to Drive to find out exactly what's included in their driver training course before you sign up with them.
