Can you tell me if Sam's Driving School is a licensed driving school in Texas?
Although Sam's Driving School is listed on our list of driving schools in your area, we are unable to say with certainty as to whether they are currently certified to teach driver training courses in Texas.  We recommend either calling Sam's Driving School directly or the Texas DMV to find out whether or not Sam's Driving School offers driver training courses that are state-approved.
Do you know if I can complete my driver training with my mother or father instead of attending a driving school like Sam's Driving School?
Some states allow teen-agers to do their driver training with their parents instead of attending a professional driver training school.  We recommend that you contact the Texas DMV or Sam's Driving School directly to find out if Texas allows parent-taught driver training.
What if I don't know how to drive a manual-shift automobile? Does Sam's Driving School have automatic-shift vehicles that I can drive when I do my behind-the-wheel training?
