Guam Driver License Requirements at-a-glance:

If you are under 18, you are required to have held your Alabama learner's permit in good standing for at least six (6) months before you can apply for a driver's license.

Licensed minors may not drive between midnight and 6 a.m. unless accompanied by a parent, guardian or licensed driver over 21, unless going to work, school or a church event.

If you are under 18, you are limited to three (3) passengers (not including your parent/guardian) up through the first six (6) months after you receive your driver's license

A licensed driver who's at least 21 years old must accompany and supervise any driver with a learner permit who is under 16. At 16, learner's permit holders may drive under the supervision of any licensed driver (regardless of age).
