This online course is powered by TeenDrivingCourse.com and is approved by the Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles. By enrolling in this online course, you do not have to take the classroom version of your driver education requirement at your high school or at a commercial driving school. You may take this course at your own leisure, in your own home, and in as many sittings as you would like! When you complete the course, you will be mailed a certificate to take to the Department of Motor Vehicles to get your license!
This course contains 30-hours of online instruction. It is not a requirement to obtain an instruction permit, but it is a requirement to obtain a driver license in the State of Nevada. All schools issue a Certificate of Completion that must be presented to the DMV when you apply for your full license.
IMPORTANT: Driver education is required if you live in a county that has a population of more than 50,000, in a city or town that has a population of more than 25,000, or in any area where a course is offered in your high school. If you live in an area that is exempt, an official or administrator from your local high school must sign the Affidavit for Minor to Be Licensed (DLD1) when you apply for your driver license.
