Minimum Amount of Supervised Driving You must havcomplete at least 50 hours (including 10 hours at night) of behind-the-wheel training from a qualified supervising driver (i.e.--a licensed driver who's at least 21 years old, been licensed for at least 2 years, and has been approved by your parent/guardian to supervise you).
Unsupervised Driving Rules Intermediate license holders may not drive unsupervised between 10pm and 5am unless commuting to work, school, or church. Otherwise, a qualified supervising driver must be present if driving after hours.
Passenger Rules Intermediate license holders may only carry one (1) non-family passenger unless a qualified supervising driver is present in the vehicle.
