How do I know if Dexterity Driving School is licensed by Washington,D.C.'s DMV to offer behind-the-wheel training courses?

Considering you're a brand new driver, you probably don't know much about operating any type of vehicle--stick-shift or automatic-shift!  However, if you prefer to complete your behind-the-wheel training using an automatic-shift vehicle, you should contact Dexterity Driving School and inform them before you register for their behind-the-wheel training course.  That way you will know for certain if they will accommodate you.
What happens to those of us who live in a remote area? Will Dexterity Driving School include instruction on how to drive on dirt roads, mountain roads, and other rugged?
If you live in a remote location, there is a high probability that a local driver training school like Dexterity Driving School will either want--or even be required--to tailor their instruction towards driving safely in your particular locale.
I just turned 14 years old. Am I eligible to receive my learner's permit in Washington,D.C.?
